针对窑法磷酸工艺中球团内碳还原剂烧损,致使P2O5收率降低问题进行了研究,分析了球团内碳还原剂的烧损过程。试验结果表明,采用球团外包保护层,可防止球团内碳还原剂烧损,提高P2O5的收率,球团中磷的还原率达到817%。
Aiming at the problem of reducing the yield of P2O5 by burning the carbon reductant in the pellet in the kiln process phosphoric acid process, the burning process of the carbon reductant in the pellet is analyzed. The test results show that the coating of the pellets can prevent the carbon reductant from burning and improve the yield of P2O5. The reduction rate of phosphorus in the pellets reaches 81.7%.
