用热循环交流阻抗法研究了在铁和铝两种基材上涂装性能不同的试样的电化学行为。在该实验条件下,通过对涂装性能不同涂层的交流阻抗图谱的对比,判断涂层在热循环过程中是否可逆,预测涂层性能的优劣。采用该方法可以在较短的时间内迅速预测涂层及涂装的防腐性能,从而可以快速准确地检测有内涂层散热器的耐蚀性。
The electrochemical behavior of samples with different coating properties on iron and aluminum substrates was investigated by means of thermal cycling AC impedance method. Under the experimental conditions, by comparing the AC impedance spectra of different coatings with different coating properties, we can judge whether the coating is reversible during the thermal cycling and predict the performance of the coating. With this method, the anticorrosive properties of coatings and coatings can be rapidly predicted in a short period of time, so that the corrosion resistance of fincoils with undercoats can be quickly and accurately detected.
