小组合作学习是现在应用比较多的一种教学方法,在具体应用中存在临时分组、表面合作、组内机会不均、讨论的问题没有价值、次序混乱等问题,提高小组合作的有效性,首先要找准小组合作的切入点,把握被探讨问题的难易程度,才能充分调动组内学生的积极性,提高小组合作的实效。课内小组学习时,问题要少而精。其次要完善小组评价体系,促进学生自主学习。再次小组合作要有明确的分工,只有分工才能谈合作,只有思想不同才能谈交流。总之,认真落实小组合作的以上原则,小组合作的有效性必然得到提高。
Group cooperative learning is a kind of teaching method which is applied nowadays. There are such problems as temporary grouping, superficial cooperation, uneven chance of group, no discussion of value, disorder of order and so on in the concrete application, so as to improve the efficiency of group cooperation. To find out the starting point for group cooperation and to grasp the ease of being discussed, can we fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the students in the group and enhance the effectiveness of team cooperation. Lessons and fewer questions are needed when classwork is in progress. Second, to improve the group evaluation system to promote student self-learning. Once again, there should be a clear division of labor between the groups, and only the division of labor can talk about cooperation. Only thinking different can talk about exchanges. In short, earnestly implementing the above principles of team cooperation, the effectiveness of team cooperation must be heightened.
