面齿轮传动由于其独特的传动优点,成为航空传动的主要研究方向.根据面齿轮传动原理,建立面齿轮加工坐标系,得到了面齿轮齿面方程,分析了面齿轮齿顶变尖和齿根根切的限制条件,同时根据实际算例讨论了面齿轮内外半径随压力角变化的规律,所获得的结论对面齿轮的设计具有参考价值.最后分析面齿轮的滚切原理,根据齿轮啮合原理,建立面齿轮滚刀型面方程,采用数值计算方法,得到滚刀型面离散三维坐标值,借助三维造型软件得到面齿轮滚刀基本蜗杆三维模型.
Because of its unique transmission advantages, face gear drive has become the main research direction of air-driven.According to the principle of face gear drive, the coordinate system of face gear is established and the surface gear tooth surface equation is obtained. According to the practical examples, the law of inner and outer radius of face gear changing with pressure angle is discussed, and the conclusion obtained is of reference value for the design of face gear.Finally, the principle of face gear hobbing is analyzed, according to the gear meshing principle, The surface gear hob type surface equation was established. The numerical calculation method was used to get the discrete three-dimensional coordinate value of the hob type surface. The three-dimensional model of the basic worm gear of surface gear hob was obtained by using the three-dimensional modeling software.
