高职教学重能力,教技能,这样的教与学已经成为高职教学过程主流,教师案例教学,学生按着教师教给的方法解决问题,看起来做到了技能的传授,但实际上学生解决问题的能力并没有得到真正的提升,而只是从背理论知识变成了背方法过程,一但遇到新的问题时,还是不知如何去做。所以教师在技能的传授同时,还要注意让学生在技能的操作中学会思考,在思考中去掌握技能,去掌握应对未来的能力。
