目的了解高浓度中和剂及中和产物对消毒剂灭菌试验结果的影响,为建立专门的消毒剂灭菌试验中和剂选择试验方法提供依据。方法以TSB培养基为对照,用2%戊二醛和枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢进行试验,观察含不同中和剂、中和产物的TSB培养基对正常菌和消毒后残存菌生长的情况。结果所有配方中和剂及中和产物对正常菌生长无影响,但对残存菌有抑制作用,尤以含中和产物培养基明显。结论消毒剂灭菌试验采用在定量方法鉴定合格的中和剂中加入TSB培养基粉末配制培养基,造成培养体系中和剂及其中和产物浓度过高,可能引起假阴性结果;消毒后残存菌的生长复苏能力大大弱于正常菌,应以消毒后残存菌进行消毒剂灭菌试验中和剂选择试验。
Objective To understand the influence of high concentration neutralizers and neutralization products on the results of sterilizing test of disinfectants and provide the basis for establishing a special disinfectant sterilizing test neutralizer selection test method. Methods TSB medium was used as control, and 2% glutaraldehyde and B. subtilis spores were used to test the growth of normal bacteria and residual bacteria after disinfection with TSB medium containing different neutralizers and neutralized products. Results All formulation neutralizers and neutralization products had no effect on the growth of normal bacteria, but inhibited the residual bacteria, especially the medium containing neutralization products. Conclusions Sterilization experiment of disinfectant was carried out by adding TSB medium supplemented with neutralizer, which was qualified by quantitative method, to prepare medium, resulting in high concentration of neutralizer and its neutralization product in culture system, which may cause false negative results. After sterilization, Of the growth and recovery ability is much weaker than normal bacteria, disinfection should be carried out after sterilization of disinfectant neutralization agent selection test.
