德国哲学家、教育家雅斯贝尔斯指出:“教育的过程首先是一个精神成长的过程,然后才成为科学获知的一部分。”班主任主要从事以心育心、以德育德、以人格育人格的精神劳动,其目的就是育人,促进学生的精神发展。因此,班主任应该学会对学生进行精神关怀,关心、理解、尊重、信任每一个学生。笔者感受最深的就是用心与每一位学生交流,让沟通从“心”开始。只有在沟通过程中,在心灵与心灵的对话中,教师的关心和爱护才会真正滋润、温暖每一个学生
