分析了15×104m3双盘浮顶油罐罐底板焊接过程中出现的问题,提出焊缝收缩使得对接间隙变小是引起边缘板变形的主要原因。认为采用合理的焊接方法和防变形措施,可以有效地避免应力集中,提高焊接质量,为油罐的安全运行提供可靠保障。
The problems occurred during the welding process of 15 × 104m3 double-disk floating roof tank were analyzed. It is proposed that the shrinkage of the weld joint causes the smaller butt clearance to be the main reason for the deformation of the edge plate. It is considered that reasonable welding methods and deformation prevention measures can effectively avoid stress concentration, improve welding quality and provide reliable guarantee for the safe operation of oil tanks.
