以17份郑58背景,EMS诱变抗旱玉米自交系为材料,通过大田试验设置干旱胁迫、正常供水2个处理,通过抗旱表型鉴定和产量性状测量,筛选获得抗旱突变体。结果表明,干旱胁迫对于玉米的生长发育和产量构成都有明显的影响,3号和9号自交系在干旱胁迫下ASI值小于对照,产量高于对照85.7%和37.06%,是具有抗旱性的高产突变体材料。
Seventeen drought-resistant maize inbred lines with EMS mutation and drought resistance were selected from 17 Zheng 58 backgrounds and drought-resistant maize inbred lines. Two drought-resistant and normal water supplies treatments were set up in the field experiment. The drought-resistant mutants were screened through drought phenotypic identification and yield traits screening. The results showed that drought stress had a significant effect on the growth and yield of maize. The ASI values of inbred lines No.3 and No.9 under drought stress were lower than those of the control and the yield was 85.7% and 37.06% higher than the control, respectively. High yielding mutant material.
