采用不同纬度的田间试验,对大豆异黄酮及其三种苷元含量的影响效应进行了研究。试验结果表明,环境条件的变化及品种对大豆异黄酮及其三种苷元的含量有极显著影响;除黄豆黄素以地点效应最大外,大豆黄素、染料木黄素及总含量均以基因型×地点互作影响效应最大,4种含量基因型影响最小。在黑龙江省范围内,大豆籽粒异黄酮总含量及其三种组分含量均与纬度呈不同程度的正相关。
The effects of different isoflavones and their three aglycones on the content of soybean is studied using field experiments at different latitudes. The results showed that the changes of environmental conditions and varieties of soy isoflavones and its three aglycone content have a significant impact; in addition to the maximum site effect of glycitein, daidzein, genistein and the total content were Genotype × site interactions have the greatest effect, and the four genotypes have the least effect. In Heilongjiang Province, the total content of isoflavones and the contents of three components of soybean grains were positively correlated with latitude to some extent.
