重启的MBS充满诱惑力,但远水解不了房地产的近渴10月16日,华夏银行对外宣布其房贷新政的细则,同时表态将积极争取通过发行住房抵押贷款支持证券(MBS)等多项措施筹集资金,用于增加首套自住性和改善型普通自住房贷款的投放。此前,央行、银监会于9月30日联合出台了《关于进一步做好住房金融服务工作的通知》,除了放松对与自住需求密切相关的房贷政策,另一项重要内容即是鼓励银行通过发行MBS和期限较长的专项金融债券等筹集资金以增加贷款投放。
