近年来,国内安防行业景气度持续上升,正处于快速发展期,作为安防产业链中重要环节的系统集成商要想成为行业领导者,就要实现企业跨越式的发展,这就需要企业明确目标方向,开拓思路、梳理业务。本文就安防系统集成企业如何进行跨越式发展,实现从系统集成向自主研发再向整体服务提供商的转型发展,提出一点思路和建议。
