影视国际传播是一个复合型、综合性的工程,既要注重内容制作、渠道建设、营销推广,又要深入研究国际及国别媒体监管与法律规制情况。近年来,新兴媒体飞速发展,不仅带来媒体产业变革、影视市场格局变化、受众媒介习惯改变,而且也推动了媒体监管与法律规制的发展。目前,媒体监管与法律规制在内容版权保护、传统文化保护、市场监管、税收、青少年保护等方面呈现新的特点。影视国际传播需要针对这些新变化调整传播理念、模式、路径等,提升传播实效。
International communication of film and television is a complex and integrated project. It not only needs to focus on content creation, channel construction and marketing, but also conducts in-depth studies on the regulatory and legal regulation of international and national media. In recent years, the rapid development of new media has not only brought about changes in the media industry, changes in the film and TV market, changes in the media habits of the audience, but also promoted the development of media regulation and legal regulation. At present, media supervision and legal regulation have new features in terms of content copyright protection, traditional culture protection, market supervision, taxation and youth protection. International communication of film and TV needs to adjust communication concepts, modes and paths for these new changes so as to enhance the effectiveness of communication.
