采用激光熔覆技术在TC4合金表面制备了不同Ti含量的Nb-Al-Ti高温合金涂层,分析了Ti含量对该合金涂层的显微组织、硬度和抗高温氧化性的影响。结果表明,随着Ti添加量的增加,合金涂层依次形成了β-(Nb,Ti)树枝晶+枝晶间Nb3Al和β-(Nb,Ti)树枝晶+枝晶间Nb3Al+Nb2Al组织,合金涂层的显微硬度得到提高;受金属间化合物数量和微观偏析等因素的影响,Ti添加量的质量分数为15.18%时的合金涂层抗高温氧化性最优。
The Nb-Al-Ti superalloy coatings with different Ti content were prepared on the surface of TC4 alloy by laser cladding. The effects of Ti content on the microstructure, hardness and high temperature oxidation resistance of the alloy coating were analyzed. The results show that the Nb3Al + Nb2Al intermetallics between Nb3Al and β (Nb, Ti) dendrites of β - (Nb, Ti) dendrites and β - The microhardness of the alloy coating is improved. Due to the number of intermetallic compounds and micro segregation, the anti-high temperature oxidation resistance of the alloy coating is optimal when the content of Ti is 15.18%.
