以PPS针刺非织造材料为基材,通过PTFE乳液浸渍和PTFE覆膜后处理制备了PPS复合滤料。利用织物强度仪、织物透气仪和孔径分析仪对PPS复合滤料的性能进行了研究。结果表明:PTFE乳液浸渍处理提高了PPS滤料的断裂强度,PTFE覆膜处理对PPS滤料力学性能的影响有限。后处理后,PPS滤料的透气性能不断下降,特别是经过覆膜处理后,织物的透气性能下降剧烈。PTFE覆膜滤料相比于未处理和浸渍处理的滤料有较小的孔径和孔径分布。
Using PPS needle-punched non-woven as substrate, PPS composite filter material was prepared by PTFE emulsion impregnation and PTFE membrane post-treatment. The properties of PPS composite filter were studied by using the fabric strength tester, fabric air permeability tester and aperture analyzer. The results show that the impregnation treatment of PTFE emulsion improves the breaking strength of PPS filter media, and the effect of PTFE coating on the mechanical properties of PPS filter media is limited. After treatment, PPS filter breathable performance continues to decline, especially after the membrane treatment, the permeability of the fabric decreased dramatically. PTFE-coated filters have smaller pore size and pore size distribution than untreated and impregnated filters.
