分析了经手术及病理证实的283例脑瘤的脑电图。天幕上肿瘤定位率为80.8%;大脑半球凸面肿瘤定位率为94.1%;78.8%与影像学检查一致。中线肿瘤用中央中作为常规导联,定位率可达90.9%。天幕下肿瘤定位率为39.1%,均为第四脑室或小脑肿瘤,特点是两枕或枕顶部持续高幅δ波,76%于过度换气时出现阵发性同步性δ节律。本组弥漫性异常13.1%和“正常”脑电图12.4%,90%左右属中线深部肿瘤。恶性肿瘤定位率为84.7%;良性肿瘤定位率为54.8%。并对异常脑电图产生的机理进行了探讨。
EEG images of 283 brain tumors confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed. Ontario tumor localization rate was 80.8%; hemisphere convex tumor localization rate was 94.1%; 78.8% consistent with imaging studies. Central tumor as a conventional lead in the center, the positioning rate of up to 90.9%. Under the canopy tumor localization rate was 39.1%, all of the fourth ventricle or cerebellar tumors, characterized by sustained high-amplitude δ wave at the top of two pillows or pillow, and 76% of paroxysmal rhythms when hyperventilation occurred. The group of diffuse anomalies 13.1% and “normal” EEG 12.4%, about 90% of the deep tumors of the midline. Malignant tumor localization rate was 84.7%; benign tumor localization rate was 54.8%. The mechanism of abnormal EEG was also discussed.
