目的:本研究力求寻找解毒剂以降低或防止在慢性氟中毒情况下氟化物中毒性。方法:对家兔分别用单一药物(硼砂、枸橼酸钠、钼酸钠、复方碘液、氟化钠、维生素AD)或复合使用上述药物后,对其切牙用氟离子选择电极测定含氟量。结果:碘、钼或碘、钼与硼、维生素AD以一定配伍形式联合应用时可显著降低切牙含氟量。结论:碘、钼单一离子具有抗氟能力,其与硼、维生素AD以一定配伍形式联合应用时抗氟能力可明显提高。
Purpose: This study seeks to find antidotes to reduce or prevent fluoride poisoning in the event of chronic fluorosis. Methods: The rabbits were treated with a single drug (borax, sodium citrate, sodium molybdate, compound iodine solution, sodium fluoride, vitamin AD) or a combination of these drugs, the incisors with fluoride ion selective electrode determination containing Amount of fluorine. Results: The iodine, molybdenum or iodine, molybdenum and boron, vitamin AD combined with a certain form of compatibility can significantly reduce the content of fluoride in the incisors. CONCLUSION: Iodine and molybdenum single ions have anti-fluoride ability. When combined with boron and vitamin AD, their anti-fluoride ability can be obviously improved.
