为了解医院环境乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的污染情况,以便采取有效措施减少医源性感染,预防HBV的传播和流行,笔者采用聚合酶联反应技术(PCR)对本院传染科6个病房环境、工作人员手和部分诊疗用具进行了HBV DNA检测,现报告如下;1 资料与方法1.1 标本来源和采样方法:传染科6个病房内走廊一侧的物体表面和诊疗用具60份,病房外走廊一侧病人用门把手10份,工作人员手30份。按照医院环境微生物学采样方法进行,采样后的棉拭子放入装有1mlO.03MPBS液试管中,做适当震荡后封闭试管,第二天检测前弃棉拭子进行离心处理。1.2 试剂:HBV DNA检测试剂盒由洛阳华美生物工程公司提供,批号:LY106I。
