近几年,普通高中进行扩招,优质生不断涌入,使得学生在基础方面存在了巨大差距,两极分化情况严重。面对这个现状,教师很难依据学生之间基础与接受能力的差异,不同个性与心理来进行具有针对性的教学,现行的方法基本上还是取好、中、差三部分中偏上进行“一刀切”的方法教学。这种教学方式不利于发挥学生在教师教学过程中所能起到的主体作用,也不利于学生对数学学科的兴趣培养,更加不利于教学质量的提高,违背了“因材施教,循序渐进”的原则,有可能会导致两极分化的日益严重,这不符合现代化教育的要求。面对这个现状,现在试行的“分层教学”课改应运而生。
