Adding a sample to an analytical instrument is a tedious task, but fortunately, there are many types of instruments available on the market that can accomplish this type of operation. The injection volume is programmable so that injection volumes of 1-2000 μl can be selected from either vial in either order with up to 99 repetitions. The sampling system can be retrofitted with a thermostat as an optional accessory to cool the heat-sensitive sample so it will not deteriorate before analysis. ISS-100 single-piece sample analysis, manual operation, multiple sample processing is automatic. You can also program to return to the specified vial. For ease of use, all input is done by self-prompting the keyboard in a logical quiz. LC system is different. The LC-600 is a compact, automated sampling system that injects up to 60 consecutive samples (3 injections into each vial) to provide a low-cost automated chromatography. The system is intended for quality control or similar applications where the sample load is high, the accuracy of the results is important and the amount of sample injected can be standardized. LC-600 provides three operating modes to choose from - automatic, remote and manual. The autosampler has its own digital acquisition clock and therefore can be used to control and sequence sample injection, gradient start and data start-up for unmanned LC systems. In other words, in an automated liquid chromatograph device, it can be used as an actuator to perform sample pan movement and injection from external control commands.
