湖北移动工会创新工作思路,夯实工作基础,改变工作方法,紧紧围绕“服务中心,切实维权”的工作思路,积极争取行政支持赢得员工信赖。工会积极参与本企业的各项改革工作,建立完善了基层工会工作创优争先考核办法,坚持健全职工代表大会制度及其它民主管理制度,坚持实行职工代表巡视和职工代表联系制,在维护职工合法权益方面发挥了积极作用。目前,全省移动系统集体合同建制率为100%,劳务工入会率达95%。公司工会创立“爱心互助基金”,筹资186万元先后救助了189名困难员工及家庭。全省移动各地市分公司、省直属单位全部建成省级“模范职工之家”,其中3个市州分公司建成全国“模范职工之家”。湖北移动及武汉等5个分公司荣获湖北“五一劳动奖状”,湖北移动工会连续两年获湖北省工会工作先进单位。
