H.264编码多应用于移动设备以及移动设备要求低分辨率视频的特性,要求在MPEG2向H.264转码的过程中,在保持高效率的同时对视频降低分辨率。在MPEG2到H.264的转码过程进行分析基础上,提出一种可以降低视频分辨率的快速转码算法。通过利用决策树仅对一个视频块进行运动估计的方法,提高降低分辨率后转码的效率。能够在大幅度降低计算复杂度的同时,实现从MPEG2到H.264的降低分辨率转换。实验结果表明,在基本保持图像质量的基础上,转码的时间缩短近60%。
Multi-application of H.264 encoding to mobile devices and mobile devices requires low-resolution video features that require the video to be reduced in resolution while maintaining high efficiency while MPEG2 transcoding to H.264. Based on the analysis of transcoding from MPEG2 to H.264, a fast transcoding algorithm is proposed to reduce the video resolution. By using the decision tree to perform motion estimation on only one video block, the efficiency of transcoding after reducing the resolution is improved. It can reduce the resolution conversion from MPEG2 to H.264 while greatly reducing the computational complexity. The experimental results show that the transcoding time can be shortened by nearly 60% on the basis of keeping the image quality basically.
