目的研究一种简便、快速、准确的脑脊液(CSF)常规检测方法。方法对128份CSF标本进行UF-100及显微镜检测,结果与生化所得结果相比较。结果利用UF-100和显微镜检分别测得的结果,经t检验差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),呈现很好的相关性(红细胞r=0.989),(白细胞r=0.980)。对细菌的计数与白细胞计数(r=0.397)和CSF总蛋白(r=0.333)呈现正相关(P<0.05),与CSF糖的浓度呈现负相关(r=-0.327,P<0.05)。在某些病例中,发现UF-100对淋巴细胞分类不准确引起白细胞计数低于预测值;血性标本和通过脑室引流得到的标本,红细胞及细胞碎片产生干扰,细菌计数不准确。另外,检测无色透明CSF标本,UF-100提示“bacterial”的背景信号,可以认为是无菌CSF。结论 UF-100为CSF白细胞和红细胞分析提供了快速可靠的方法,对神经系统疾病的诊断有一定帮助。
Objective To study a simple, rapid and accurate method for the routine detection of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Methods UF-100 and microscopic examination were performed on 128 CSF samples. The results were compared with the biochemical results. Results The results of UF-100 and microscopic examination showed no significant difference by t-test (P> 0.05), showing a good correlation (erythrocyte r = 0.989), (leukocyte r = 0.980). The counts of bacteria showed a positive correlation with the white blood cell count (r = 0.397) and the total CSF protein (r = 0.333) (P <0.05), but negatively correlated with the CSF glucose concentration (r = -0.327, P <0.05). In some cases, UF-100 was found to inaccurately classify lymphocytes causing a lower than expected white blood cell count; bloody specimens interfered with specimens, erythrocytes, and cellular debris that had been drained through the ventricle, resulting in inaccurate bacterial counts. In addition, the detection of colorless transparent CSF specimens, UF-100 tips “background” signal “bacterial”, can be considered sterile CSF. Conclusions UF-100 provides a rapid and reliable method for the analysis of CSF leukocytes and erythrocytes and may be of help in the diagnosis of neurological diseases.
