在航空发动机典型零件加工中,技术人员应该积极应用先进工艺,更新产品加工与误差控制的理念,显著提升发动机零件加工的品质。航空发动机与一些普通机械设备相比有较为明显的区别,航空发动机精密程度较高,零件形状结构较为复杂,零件的切除率大,对于生产工艺提出了较高要求。从技术实现角度出发,对航空发动机典型零件进行加工,技术人员应该坚持严谨的工作态度,使用配套的装备解决材料难加工的问题。
In the typical machining of aeroengine, technicians should actively apply the advanced technology to update the concepts of product processing and error control, and significantly improve the quality of engine parts processing. Aero-engine compared with some common mechanical equipment have more obvious differences, aero-engine precision is high, the shape of the part structure is more complex, the removal rate of parts, for the production process put forward higher requirements. From the technical point of view, the typical parts of aero-engine processing, technical staff should adhere to strict working attitude, the use of equipment to solve the problem of difficult materials processing.
