每逢学年将结束的时候,学校照例布置一个任务,要求教师、班主任写一份总结,这自然是好事情。可是年年都写总结收到效果却不大。究其原因,一是学校领导没有给予足够的重视,二是布置任务不得其法,值得今后注意改进。 据了解,不少学校领导尽管要求全体教职员工写好总结,但变成—般号召,流于形式主义。教师交卷后,又很少认真去检查,甚至堆在抽屉里,石沉大海,没有下文,教师看在眼里,又怎会认真去写总结呢?其次是在学年将结束时,正是学校大忙季节,毕业试、学年考试、升中升大考试都接踵而至,教师忙于改卷,班主任忙于写评语,干部忙于招生工作,偏偏在这个时候来布置写总结,又要限时限刻完成。在分身不暇的情况下,又怎能认真考虑写总结的问题呢?不少教师、班主任为了应付任务,只好草率交卷。
