目的探讨骨性Ⅱ类错合患者正中合与正中关系合位下颌运动轨迹差异。方法选取骨性Ⅱ类错合患者15例,以正中合与正中关系为起点进行各种下颌运动,采用髁突运动轨迹描记仪(CADIAX compact 2)记录并分析下颌运动轨迹的差异。结果 (1)在前伸后退运动中,骨性Ⅱ类从CO位起始的髁突在矢状、垂直方向的位移、矢状空间总位移及位移5mm时的矢状髁道倾斜度大于从CR位起始(不包括骨性Ⅱ类右侧髁突垂直位移)(P<0.05)。(2)在左右侧方运动中,骨性Ⅱ类从CO位起始的髁突在垂直、矢状、水平方向位移和矢状面空间总位移明显大于从CR位起始(不包括右侧髁突矢状向位移),从CO位起始的髁突位移5mm时矢状髁道倾斜度和水平髁道倾斜度均大于从CR位起始(P<0.05)。结论骨性Ⅱ类错合患者CO与CR位下颌运动轨迹有显著差异。
Objective To investigate the differences of the combined mandibular movement trajectory of patients with skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusion. Methods Fifteen patients with skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion were selected. A variety of mandibular movements were performed with the relationship between the median and the median. The mandibular motion trajectories were recorded and analyzed by CADIAX compact 2. Results (1) In the anterior and posterior retraction movement, the sagittal and vertical displacement of the condyles in the group of type Ⅱ bilaterally from the CO position, the total sagittal displacement and sagittal gradient of the sagittal condyle more than 5mm CR began (excluding the vertical displacement of the right lateral condyle of skeletal Class II) (P <0.05). (2) In the left and right lateral movement, the total displacement of the condylar condyles in CO group from the CO position in the vertical, sagittal and horizontal directions was significantly greater than that in the CR Sagittal condyle sagittal displacement and condylar sagittal gradient were higher than those from the CR position (P <0.05). Conclusion There is a significant difference in mandibular movement between CO and CR in patients with class Ⅱ malocclusion.
