目的:探讨口服咪唑安定联合吸入七氟烷用于小儿短小手术麻醉的临床有效性和安全性。方法:选择ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级小儿短小手术56例,采用非插管条件下随机分成吸入麻醉组(S组)和静脉麻醉组(K组)两组,每组28例。观察麻醉后呼叫睁眼时间,麻醉完全清醒时间,术中呼吸抑制、体动发生率,围麻醉期恶心呕吐等不良反应的发生率。结果:S组术后呼叫睁眼时间(5.9±3.2)min,完全清醒时间(15.0±3.3)min,S组的苏醒时间分别短于K组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);术中呼吸抑制率为5.0%,术中体动发生率为5.0%,与K组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。两组心率、血压、氧饱和度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术中均未发生呛咳、喉痉挛、流涎等不良反应;苏醒期,两组呕吐发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:口服咪唑安定联合吸入七氟烷麻醉是较好的小儿麻醉药物组合,适用于小儿短小手术的麻醉。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of oral midazolam inhalation sevoflurane for pediatric short-operative anesthesia. Methods: Fifty-six children with ASA Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ grade short-term surgery were selected and randomly divided into inhalation anesthesia group (S group) and intravenous anesthesia group (K group) with 28 cases in each group. Observe the time of anesthesia call eyes open time, completely awake anesthesia, intraoperative respiratory depression, body movement, anesthesia nausea and vomiting and other adverse reactions. Results: The open eyes time (5.9 ± 3.2) min and complete awake time (15.0 ± 3.3) min in S group were shorter than those in K group (P <0.01) The respiration rate was 5.0% and the rate of intraoperative physical activity was 5.0%. There were significant differences between the two groups (all P> 0.05). There were no significant differences in heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen saturation between the two groups (P> 0.05). No adverse reactions such as cough, laryngospasm and salivation occurred during the two groups. There was no significant difference in vomiting between the two groups Significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Oral midazolam inhalation sevoflurane anesthesia is a good combination of pediatric anesthetic drugs, suitable for pediatric short-operative anesthesia.
