本研究选用了来自四川不同生态地区的74个大豆地方品种为材料,利用主成份分析评价了四川大豆地方品种的综合性状,测定了各地方品种主要数量性状上的遗传距离,根据遗传距离的大小利用类平均法将74个大豆地方品种聚为8类。同一类内品种间的遗传距离较近,类间的遗传距离大;但这种差异与品种地理上的差异并不一致。
In this study, 74 soybean cultivars from different ecological regions in Sichuan Province were selected as the materials. The main components were used to evaluate the comprehensive characters of Sichuan soybean cultivars. The genetic distances among the main quantitative traits of each locust were determined. According to the genetic distance 74 soybean landraces were clustered into 8 categories using the method of averaging. The genetic distance within the same species is relatively close, and the genetic distance between the species is large. However, the differences are not consistent with the geographical differences of cultivars.
