地黄(Rehmannia glutinosa)是一种具较高药用价值和经济价值的植物。有关地黄的种质资源、遗传育种、种植、化学成分和药效、有效成分的提取和分析、植物组织培养和脱毒快繁等已有很多报道,但地黄核酸分子生物学研究尚少。该文从DNA分子标记、转录组学、基因功能和基因工程技术等方面对地黄核酸分子生物学研究进展进行综述,并分析其发展趋势。
Rehmannia glutinosa is a kind of plant with high medicinal value and economic value. There are many reports on the germplasm resources, genetic breeding, planting, chemical composition and efficacy of Rehmannia glutinosa, extraction and analysis of active ingredients, plant tissue culture and rapid propagation of virus-free, but there is little research on the molecular biology of Rehmannia glutinosa. This review summarizes the recent advances in the molecular biology of Rehmannia glutinosa from aspects of DNA molecular markers, transcriptomics, gene function and genetic engineering, and analyzes its development trend.
