螺栓类标准件大都采用机械加工和冷镦工艺。但是,对于螺杆长度(L)大于80mm的长杆径螺栓和螺杆长度大于200mm的超长杆径螺栓,若采用机械加工和冷镦工艺是很难实现的。我厂生产的斯贝发动机上的长柄螺栓(图1、图2)和银燕牌铝制自行车用的把心螺栓(图3),曾采用机械加工——对焊生产工艺,但由于其效率低,成本高,而且质量不稳定,一度成为生产技术关键。后来,通过斯贝发动机的试制,我们参照英国R-R公司TS21-23、BS1-6等锻造螺栓制造标准,从一九八○年起连续进行了三年多实验、试制和生产,终于找到了解决这类螺栓生产的新途径——热锻成形工艺。
Bolt standard parts are mostly mechanical processing and cold heading process. However, for long shaft bolts with a screw length (L) greater than 80 mm and extra-long rod bolts with a shaft length greater than 200 mm, machining and cold heading are difficult to achieve. The long bolt (Fig. 1 and Fig. 2) and the centering bolt (Fig. 3) for the Yinyan brand aluminum bicycle produced by our plant had been machined-butt welding production process, but because of their Low efficiency, high cost, and unstable quality have once become the key to production technology. Later, through the trial production of Spey Engine, we made reference to the standards for the manufacture of forged bolts such as TS21-23 and BS1-6 in the British RR company. Since 1980, we have conducted more than three years of experiment, trial production and production and finally found a solution. A New Way to Manufacture Such Bolts - Hot Forging Process.
