目的 对小切口无缝合白内障超声乳化吸出联合PMMA人工晶体植入术进行总结和分析。方法 对近4年来所收治的413例(467眼)白内障患者,采用小切口无缝合白内障超声乳化吸出联合PMMA人工晶体植入的方法进行治疗。结果 术后1周视力≥0.5者337眼(72.16％),其中79眼视力≥1.0(16.92％),术中常见的并发症为后囊破裂(17眼、3.64％)、悬韧带断裂(4眼、0.86％)和误伤虹膜(5眼、1.07％),术后为角膜水肿(129眼、27.62％)、人工晶体前膜(35眼、7.49％)。结论 该术 式规范快捷、组织损伤小、术后散光轻、视力恢复快而稳定,且价格低廉,为符合当前我国国情的理想的白内障手术治疗方法。
Objective To summarize and analyze the small incision cataract phacoemulsification with PMMA intraocular lens implantation. Methods 413 cases (467 eyes) of cataract who had been treated in the past 4 years were treated with small incision sutureless phacoemulsification and PMMA intraocular lens implantation. Results One week after operation, visual acuity ≥ 0.5 was 337 eyes (72.16%), of which 79 eyes ≥ 1.0 (16.92%). The common complications during operation were posterior capsular rupture (17 eyes, 3.64% (0.86%) and iris (5 eyes, 1.07%). Corneal edema was found in 129 eyes (27.62%) and anterior IOL (35 eyes, 7.49%). Conclusions The procedure is quick and convenient, less tissue damage, less postoperative astigmatism, faster and more stable visual acuity recovery and lower cost, which is an ideal cataract surgical treatment in line with the current situation in our country.
