高中政治新课程实施多年,教师的教育教学烦恼经常来源于教育概念定义方式的不统一,突出表现为政策规定、专家指导与领导要求各执一词。这三种教育教学领域的力量彼此逻辑不统一让教师成为游荡在教育“制度、应当与现实”之间的幽灵。根据谢佛勒观点,在高考制度主导的高中教育阶段,对高中政治新课程教学观点采用规定性表达方式,力求能够对高中政治新课程教学实施过程中的问题作出正本清源式的理解。
The implementation of the new political curriculum in senior middle school has been implemented for many years. Teacher’s teaching and learning troubles often come from the non-uniform definition of the concept of education, which is promulgated by the policies and regulations, expert guidance and leadership requirements.
