目的:探讨分化抑制因子Id-1基因在食管癌组织和食管癌细胞系中的表达状况。方法:采用RT-PCR方法检测食管癌细胞系(EC109、EC1、EC18)、食管永生化上皮细胞系(NECA6-E6E7和NECA6-E6E7-hTERT)及20例食管癌及其配对癌旁正常组织中Id-1mRNA基因的表达状况。结果:EC109、EC1、EC18、NECA6-E6E7和NECA6-E6E7-hTERT均出现Id-1mRNA的表达。正常食管上皮中未见其表达,癌旁组织中Id-1mRNA阳性表达率为35%(7/20),癌组织中为65%(13/20),有升高趋势,但差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.6,P>0.05)。结论:Id-1基因可能参与了食管癌的癌变过程。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Id-1 gene in esophageal carcinoma and esophageal cancer cell lines. Methods: The esophageal cancer cell lines (EC109, EC1, EC18), immortalized esophageal epithelial cell line (NECA6-E6E7 and NECA6-E6E7-hTERT) and normal esophageal cancer tissues Id-1 mRNA gene expression status. Results: The expression of Id-1 mRNA appeared in EC109, EC1, EC18, NECA6-E6E7 and NECA6-E6E7-hTERT. The normal esophageal epithelium showed no expression, the positive expression rate of Id-1 mRNA in adjacent tissues was 35% (7/20) and 65% (13/20) in cancer tissues, but the difference was not statistically significant Significance (χ2 = 3.6, P> 0.05). Conclusion: Id-1 gene may be involved in carcinogenesis of esophageal cancer.
