目的评价Sono CT和XRES技术在乳腺肿瘤诊断中的临床应用价值。方法应用实时合成成像(Sono CT)和XRES技术及普通超声对72例经手术病理证实的乳腺肿瘤患者的声像图进行对比分析。结果Sono CT和XRES技术使乳腺肿瘤组织分辨率明显增加,可改善乳腺肿瘤的边界和界面清晰度,肿瘤伪像减少,由此可加强对病变组织微细结构的观察,使较小病灶检出率增加;Sono CT和XRES技术可使乳腺囊肿的侧壁回声失落完全被抑制。结论Sono CT和XRES技术联合应用,大大提高了乳腺肿瘤图像质量,增加了乳腺疾病检出率。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of Sono CT and XRES in the diagnosis of breast tumors. Methods The sonography of 72 breast cancer patients confirmed by surgery and pathology was analyzed by Sono CT, XRES and sonography. Results Sono CT and XRES techniques significantly increased the resolution of breast tumor tissue, which can improve the borderline and interfacial articulation of breast tumors and reduce the tumor artifacts, which can enhance the observation of the microstructure of the lesion and make the detection rate of lesion Increase; Sono CT and XRES technology can completely suppress the loss of echo on the side wall of breast cysts. Conclusions The combined application of Sono CT and XRES techniques has greatly improved the quality of breast tumor images and increased the detection rate of breast diseases.
