通过检测53例脑梗塞和20例健康对照者的红细胞膜微粘度及膜唾液酸,发现脑梗塞患者红细胞膜微粘度显著高于对照者,红细胞膜唾液酸显著低于对照者,且患者组红细胞膜微粘度与膜唾液酸含量呈显著负相关,提示红细胞膜唾液酸含量变化对缺血性中风的发生和发展具有一定的意义。
By detecting the microviscosity and membrane sialic acid of 53 cases of cerebral infarction and 20 healthy controls, it was found that the microviscosity of erythrocyte membrane in patients with cerebral infarction was significantly higher than that of the control, the erythrocyte membrane sialic acid was significantly lower than that in the control group, Membrane microviscosity and membrane sialic acid content showed a significant negative correlation, suggesting that changes in the erythrocyte membrane sialic acid has an impact on the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke.
