随着经济的快速发展,新的旅游形势对大连旅游业人力资源管理提出了新的要求。在新形势下,大连市旅游人力资源的开发与利用应在尊重市场规律的前提下,通过不断优化自身结构和培养内生发展动力的方式达到适应新形势发展的目的。
With the rapid economic development, the new tourism situation has put forward new requirements for human resources management in Dalian’s tourism industry. Under the new situation, the development and utilization of tourism human resources in Dalian should achieve the purpose of adapting to the new situation and development by constantly optimizing its own structure and cultivating endogenous development motivation under the premise of respecting market rules.
