高职教育的教学效果及教学质量的优劣很大程度上取决于教师的综合素质的高低。优秀的教师既应当有专业的理论知识,更应该具备有高超的实践技能,即现阶段各个高校经常说到的“双师素质”教师。因此,双师型教师是影响高职教育水平的关键要素。本文通过剖析现阶段我国高职院校“双师素质”教师队伍建设中存在的问题,有针对性地提出了“双师素质”师资队伍建设的具体措施,具有一定的实践参考价值。一、高职院校“双师素质”教师队伍建设中存在的问题
The advantages and disadvantages of teaching effectiveness and teaching quality in higher vocational education depend largely on the overall quality of teachers. Outstanding teachers should not only have professional theoretical knowledge, but also have superb practical skills, that is, often referred to by colleges and universities at this stage, “double qualities ” teachers.
