对两起人为误操作及误动引起的RCS-931A型光纤差动保护装置不正确动作的事故进行了分析,认为事故的根本原因是运行人员和继电保护人员对保护装置的工作原理理解不深。针对光纤差动保护的运行、调试规程尚未出台的情况,通过总结经验和分析RCS-931A型光纤差动保护装置的特点,提出了该装置的调试方法,包括开放条件、闭锁条件以及在特殊试验条件下的反应,并指出调试及运行的注意事项。
The accident of the incorrect operation of two RCS-931A optical fiber differential protection devices caused by human misoperation and misoperation was analyzed.
