企业科协是由企业科学技术人员组成的群众性组织,在企业各项工作中发挥着联系广大科学技术人员与党政领导、基层员工关系的重任,因此,在新时期,要想充分发挥企业科协的重要作用,就应该在工作实践方面加强组织建设、制度创新等,增强科协内部凝聚力,推动企业的现代化建设和发展,为我国社会主义建设做出相应的贡献。
