企业的经营是一个很有风险的事业。以家族为中心经营起来的企业,信任的纽带大大的拉宽,降低了风险和成本。中国的民营企业80%是家族企业,并多在创业初期略显成效,向着规模化的企业发展。但是随着企业向中小型方向发展壮大的同时,难免会在处理专业化的劳动关系的问题上遇到困难。本文通过对中小型物流企业影响劳动关系的因素调查中,进行分析总结出问题并提出解决方案。
Business is a very risky business. Businesses that operate as a family-centric enterprise greatly widen the bond of trust and reduce the risks and costs. Eighty percent of China’s private-owned enterprises are family-owned enterprises, with more success in the initial stages of their business operations and toward large-scale enterprises. However, as the enterprises grow and develop towards small and medium-sized businesses, they will inevitably encounter difficulties in dealing with specialized labor relations. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the labor relations of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, analyzes and summarizes the problems and puts forward solutions.
