介绍了一种脉冲累积法激光雷达方案及其模拟实验系统.主要就方案需要的二值化特性光电器件进行研究,理论上分析了二值化光增强器件对脉冲累积法成像激光雷达系统的探测距离、被测目标范围和探测稳定性的作用,分析了脉冲累积成像激光雷达系统所需的二值化光增强器理论模型.实验利用光电倍增管实现了单路二值化光电器件的构建,并给出其特性曲线.利用脉冲累积法激光雷达模拟实验系统初步验证了二值化特性对于脉冲累积成像激光雷达实验系统的测距稳定性的改善作用.
