采用粉末冶金技术制备铜基粉末冶金材料,利用销盘式摩擦试验机,研究了摩擦压力(0.5~1.1MPa)对铜基粉末冶金材料第三体的影响。探讨了摩擦压力、第三体与摩擦磨损性能的关系。结果表明,随摩擦压力的提高,摩擦系数呈现下降趋势,磨损率变化不明显,这是由于压力增加引起SiO_2和石墨破碎,也起到了耐磨和润滑的作用。摩擦压力提高,有利于提高第三体致密性,原因在于摩擦压力提高,摩擦表面温度增加,易于第三体挤压和粘着。
Copper powder metallurgy materials were prepared by powder metallurgy technology. The effect of friction pressure (0.5-1.1 MPa) on the third body of copper-based powder metallurgy materials was investigated by using pin-plate friction tester. The relationship between friction pressure, the third body and friction and wear properties was discussed. The results show that with the increase of friction pressure, the friction coefficient shows a downward trend and the wear rate does not change obviously. This is due to the pressure increase causing SiO_2 and graphite to break, and also plays a role of wear resistance and lubrication. Friction pressure increases, is conducive to improving the third compact, because the friction pressure increases, the friction surface temperature increases, easy to squeeze and adhesion of the third body.
