以微电子技术、计算机技术为主导的一系列新兴技术正在兴起。在这场新的技术革命中,机械工业正面临着严重的挑战,加速机电一体化的研究是迎接这场挑战的重要对策之一。现代机械必将逐渐取代传统的机械技术。尽管现代机械的采用要考虑到经济效益和工厂条件,但将机电一体化看做是现代机械的标志是适宜的。本文分析了机电一体化系统,着重介绍了机械加工领域和汽车制造工业中的机电一体化情况,并且提出了一些看法。
A series of emerging technologies dominated by microelectronics and computer technology are emerging. In this new technological revolution, the machinery industry is facing serious challenges. Research on accelerating mechatronics is one of the important measures to meet this challenge. Modern machinery will gradually replace the traditional mechanical technology. Although the adoption of modern machinery takes economic and factory conditions into consideration, it is desirable to regard mechatronics as a hallmark of modern machinery. This paper analyzes the mechatronic system, focuses on the mechanics and electromechanical integration in the field of machining and the automotive manufacturing industry, and puts forward some observations.
