目的了解目前基层疾病预防控制中心(CDC)对传染病网络直报数据分析程度及其影响因素。方法对北京市和浙江省的基层CDC中的传染病网络直报工作的相关人员进行自填式问卷调查。结果55.2%(472/855)的直报工作相关人员认为目前网络直报系统的数据分析程度不高;仅24.2%(211/871)的人员利用直报系统的数据进行过预测预警分析;92.7%(769/830)的直报工作相关人员使用Excel对直报数据进行整理和分析,其次为SPSS,而SAS、Stata、EPI info等软件的使用率较低,不足20%。48.2%(425/882)的直报工作相关人员未学过专业统计分析软件(Excel除外),各软件使用的熟练程度最高为54.8%;47.1%(415/882)认为直报数据分析的困难主要存在于统计技能方面;多因素分析结果显示:学历和是否学过统计分析软件为影响直报数据分析程度的因素,OR值分别为4.382(2.719~7.061)和3.757(1.637~8.623)。结论目前基层CDC直报工作相关人员统计分析能力较差,对直报数据的分析程度较低。
Objective To understand the extent of direct data analysis of infectious diseases network and its influencing factors by the current CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention). Methods A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted on relevant personnel in direct network reporting of infectious diseases in grassroots CDCs in Beijing and Zhejiang Provinces. Results of 55.2% (472/855) of work-related direct reporting staff believe that the current level of data analysis network reporting system is not high; only 24.2% (211/871) of persons using the data reporting system of early warning analysis and forecasting carried out; 92.7 Direct reporting staff of% (769/830) used Excel to organize and analyze direct report data, followed by SPSS, while SAS, Stata, EPI info and other software had lower utilization rates of less than 20%. 48.2% (425/882) of direct reporting work-related staff have not learned professional statistical analysis software (Excel exception), proficiency in the use of various software up to 54.8%; 47.1% (415/882) believe that the difficulties of reporting data analysis mainly in the statistical skills; multivariate analysis showed that: education and whether studied statistical analysis software to affect the degree of direct reporting of data analysis of factors, OR values were 4.382 (2.719 - 7.061) and 3.757 (1.637 - 8.623). Conclusion At present, the grass-roots CDC direct reporting personnel related to statistical analysis is poor, the direct report data analysis is low.
