全国干部培训工作会议于1991年10月7日在北京召开。与会同志经过认真讨论,围绕如何把干部培训工作推向一个新的发展阶段的问题,总结了经验,提出了许多有益的意见和建议。一、认清形势,明确任务,坚持正确的干部培训指导思想。与会同志认为,九十年代是我国国民经济和社会发展的关键时期,党和国家面临着繁重的历史任务,我们要深化改革,扩大对外开放,搞好经济建设,实现十年规划和“八五”计划的战略目标,为在下世纪中叶实现第三步战略目标奠定坚实的基础;要抵御和反对国内外敌对势力的和平演变战略,坚持建设和改革的社会主义方向,保持国家的长治
