怀北石灰石矿是天津碱厂的原料矿山,由化学矿山规划设计院设计,开采规模170万吨/年。该矿提交储量达一亿吨以上,平均含CaO52.67％,MgO1.1％,SiO_22.06％。矿山每年剥离量约100～120万吨,剥离物中CaO平均含量达41％,可作建材石料。为了充分利用剥离物,建设无废料矿山,采取了以下措施: 1.配套建设一座年产25万吨的水泥厂。根据天津水泥设计研究院在多次试烧后的配料方案,怀北矿顶板复盖层都能满足要求。
Huaibei Limestone Mine is the raw material mine of Tianjin Soda Plant, designed by Chemical Mining Planning and Design Institute, with a mining scale of 1.7 million tons / year.
