职工培训是一个企业不断发展的源泉和动力,加强企业职工培训既要重视短期培训,又要重视终身教育,两者是部分与整体、微观与宏观、眼前利益与长远利益的关系。要使短期培训突出效果,要从教学目的 “实用”性、教学内容落到“实处”、教学形式的“灵活”性、培训教材的“新颖”性四个方面着手;要构建终身教育体系,要完善继续教育制度、校企联合机制、激励机制三方面着手。短期培训和终身教育要齐抓共进,双管齐下,共同促进企业职工培训发展。
