目的探讨复方聚乙二醇电解质散(PEG)联合复方阿嗪米特在结肠镜检查肠道准备中的临床效果。方法选择医院收治的行结肠镜检查的患者150例,随机分为观察组和对照组各75例,对照组仅口服PEG,观察组在对照组基础上给予复方阿嗪米特,比较2组波士顿肠道准备评分、肠道清洁满意率、祛泡满意率及不良反应发生情况。结果剔除不能完成检查的患者3例,共纳入观察组74例,对照组73例。观察组右半结肠、左半结肠及肠道总评分、肠道清洁满意率、祛泡满意率均高于对照组,腹胀发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论PEG联合复方阿嗪米特在结肠镜检查肠道准备中的效果优于单用PEG,并可减少腹胀发生。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder (PEG) combined with compound azinamide in colonoscopy for intestinal preparation. Methods 150 patients undergoing colonoscopy in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (75 cases) and control group (75 cases). The control group was given oral PEG alone. The observation group was given the compound azametine on the basis of the control group, while the other two groups were compared. Gut preparation score, satisfaction rate of intestinal clean-up, remove the satisfaction rate and adverse reactions occur. Results Excluding 3 patients who failed to complete the examination, a total of 74 patients in the observation group and 73 patients in the control group were included. The total score of the right colon, the left colon and the intestine, the satisfaction rate of intestinal cleanness and the degree of removing the intestine were all higher in the observation group than those in the control group, with the incidence of abdominal distension being lower than that of the control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusions PEG combined with compound azinamazole is superior to colonoscopy alone in bowel preparation and reduces bloating.
