采用多弧离子镀技术,通过Ti-Al-Zr三元合金靶与Cr单质靶组合,在YG10X硬质合金钻头上制备了(CrTiAlZr)N多组元硬质膜。利用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS)对膜层表面形貌、成分进行了观察和测试,系统考察了膜层的硬度和膜/基附着力。对镀膜钻头进行钻削高速钢试验,并对钻削后的钻头进行观察分析。结果表明,(CrTiAlZr)N多组元硬质膜达到超硬性同时具有良好的膜/基附着力,镀膜后的钻头与未镀膜钻头相比提高钻削寿命近5倍。
The (CrTiAlZr) N multi-component hard film was prepared on YG10X carbide drill by multi-arc ion plating technology by combining Ti-Al-Zr ternary alloy target and Cr single target. The surface morphology and composition of the coatings were observed and measured by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The hardness and membrane / substrate adhesion of the coatings were systematically investigated. The coated drill bit was tested on HSS, and the drilled drill bit was observed and analyzed. The results show that the (CrTiAlZr) N multi-component hard film achieves superhardness with good film / substrate adhesion, and the coated drill increases the drilling life nearly five times compared with uncoated drill.
