作为一名青年美术教师的我在教学期间发现各初中美术课的场面大相径庭。诸多初中美术教师在课后勤勤恳恳备课、写教案,在课堂上滔滔不绝地讲课,而学生在底下的反应却是昏昏欲睡或是埋头写作业。那么为何课堂上教师与学生间的“距离”犹如两条平行线?教学效果不尽人意?如何才能克服和改善现行美术教育中出现的问题,使美术为学生们所喜欢接受,并且提高美术教育工作的有效性,发挥学生学习的自主性是广大美术教
